Volvo International Service Training Award (VISTA) is the world’s largest competition for service and workshop personnel within Volvo Cars.

VISTA is more than a competition — it's a learning experience that fosters pride, expertise, and excellence across Volvo’s global service network. The world’s top car technician showcased their skills at the VISTA World Championship 2024, held in Gothenburg in June 2025.

Over 150 technicians from around the globe competed in the week-long finals, which also included dinners, expert guest speakers, and city activities. Realise managed the event end-to-end — from concept development and logistics to on-site coordination and guest experience. Our sister company Whataboutus Film supported the event with facilitation, content creation, and film production, helping bring the event to life.
